Adrift — again — in the world at large, notes from a small town. This post represents the resurrection of Webcurrents, a web column I began more than 15 years ago, before they were called “blogs”, and eventually put aside when my growing business and motherhood demanded my full attention.
I’m starting it up again to celebrate a new phase of my business and my life, and to share with you, my clients, readers, friends, family members and passers-by, some of the things I’ve learned on this amazing journey we all share.
To get myself started, I’ve posted and back-dated some of my earlier Webcurrents columns.
I believe in Anaïs Nin’s well known quotation:
“We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.”
With that in mind, my goal is to paint my world with all the positivity, love, light, and strength I can imagine. In doing so, I hope to change the world — at the very least my world — one shiny thought at a time.
Would you like to join me in this effort? Sign up and come along!
Perception is a choice. I choose to imagine a better world. How about you?
